Day after day, you cannot take a decent sleep. You are desperately trying to fall asleep, you are tired, don’t know what to do, and tomorrow there is an important meeting you just cannot miss. It takes some period and you are already worried. Although it is partial sleep disorder, yet it is rated as insomnia. Total lack of sleep is very rare and it should be treated by professionals. After sleepless night follows sleepy day. It brings and creates great disadvantages on your emotional, professional and private life. You cannot concentrate right, cannot do things properly and in time needed. All you need is a descent several hours of good and uninterrupted sleep. Particularly this is very dangerous if individual got very responsible or very dangerous work, like running some big weigh lift, or some great huge factory machine. In these cases, insomnia minimizes safety of that person and whole community.  

What is in the middle of the problem with insomnia?

 Problems can be located on difficulty to fall into sleep, keeping uninterrupted sleep during the night hours, or maybe waking in the early hours of done. Wise man said that everything is combination of pluses and minuses. Consequently if you cannot sleep in night time, you will be in very ungrateful daily mood, which will have great repercussions on your emotional, social, professional and private life.
     It’s nearly everyone encounter poor sleep on some nights. There are lot of reasons for that. That’s nothing to worry about. It is very crucial to measure time and frequency of that sleep deviation. It is occasional if it last up till month, it is acute if it appears month to half a year, and it can be in chronicle stadium, if it show more than half a year.
     Lack of maintaining good uninterrupted sleep burdens in great way human life quality. Health is very closely attached with amount of good sleep. Let’s turn from both sides of the story. Many health problems can results insomnia, and also insomnia can result many health problems and cause chronicle illness. Time needed to accomplish needed amount of sleep differs from person to person. Somebody needs more sleep and somebody doesn’t need such amount of sleep to charge body batteries.
     It’s very common mistake to perceive insomnia as a simple problem caused by one factor. More frequently insomnia is caused by many factors. Psychological factors, emotional factors, pharmacological factors, environmental factors, certain age and other factors can result insomnia. All these factors have to be monitored some time, measured, evaluated and after that period medical treatment should be stated. Depending on previous efforts in diagnostic, treatment success will differ.
